For our guests the Silver Platter (Baj'a Grille) is located in the Bingo Hall, is open Monday - Thursday 8 am - 9 pm, Friday 8 am-2 am Saturday 6 am - 2 am and Sunday 6 am - 9 pm. The Silver Platter prides itself in serving a large array of foods, Indian Fry Bread, Shakes. So come in take a seat and enjoy your meal!

Toscana 87 (Cottonwood Cafe)
Cottonwood Café is now open 24 hours serving Breakfast daily from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm and lunch and dinner from 11:00 am to 2:00 am followed by the Nite owl Menu (A limited menu with breakfast and lunch entrees) from 2:00 am to 7:00 am, card room is being served during these hours as well.


Saguaro Cantina (A New York Deli)
With ample seating, the New York Deli is open 10 am - am daily and located for convenience in the heart of casino action! Stop by and try one of our tall deli sandwiches. Home of our famous Kosher, Criso and slightly spicy pickle!

The buffet is open Monday - Thursday from 11 am to 2:30 9 pm, Friday and Saturday Lunch 11 am - 3:30 pm Dinner from 4 pm - 10 pm and Sunday Champagne Brunch from 10 am to 2 pm, Dinner from 2 pm - 8 pm.
